Simon Burley
Simon joined the Residential Property Department of Carter Bells in January 2015.
He specialises in both freehold and leasehold Residential and Commercial property transactions including new build purchases, property development, shared ownership, re-mortgages, lease extensions and assignments.
Simon originally obtained a degree in music at Manchester University from 1978 to 1981 and worked within the music industry for 10 years. He switched to law obtaining a law degree from London University (External) in 1992-3. He qualified as a solicitor in Uxbridge in 1996, since then he has specialised in all aspects of property law. He moved to Kingston with his family in 1997 and has subsequently worked in Kingston and Perivale, becoming an equity partner at Infields solicitors in Kingston in 2009
Simon has two daughters currently at university and a son studying for A levels. He is a keen footballer and enjoys reading, film and music playing French Horn in local orchestras and piano at home.
