Roland Pingree
Roland is a Partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team and advises on property matters and all types of civil litigation.
He acts for clients in all areas of commercial and residential property litigation. This includes contentious property matters, lease renewal claims (opposed and unopposed), possession claims, service charge disputes, ground rent matters, rights of way, insolvency property matters, dilapidations claims.
As a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners, Roland advises on lease extensions (acting for freeholders and leaseholders), collective enfranchisement claims and advises on rights, claims and notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 regarding tenants’ right of first refusal.
Roland’s input is often requested to try to avoid disputes or to provide an informed view on the merits of a claim. However, when needed he takes action on behalf of his clients through the Court or Tribunal to achieve results for his clients. Roland has attended hundreds of hearings on behalf of clients both at the County Court and First Tier Tribunal.
