Senior Associate Solicitor

Emma qualified as a Legal Executive in 2001 and then as a solicitor in 2021. She has been a fully accredited member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since 2005 and a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly since 2011.

Emma joined Carter Bells in November 2023.

She has worked in Surrey and South West London throughout her career and specialises in Private Client work to include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.

Emma grew up and lives in Surrey with her family. She has been an avid listener of The Archers for over thirty years!
